EASyNotifier
EASyNotifier
sends SMS messages to lists of customers depending upon flexible and
pre-determined criteria. EASyNotifier is ideal for reducing costs of
collections, increasing bill collection rates and decreasing churn
through improved customer service. EASyNotifier hard dollar return on
investment (ROI) is often less than 6 months. The architecture diagram
below depicts the flow of the EASyNotifier.

Daily download of delinquent customers from Accounting System
to EASyNotifier.
2.2.
EASyNotifier assigns appropriate SMS message per each
customer.
3.3.
System Administrator sets & runs jobs as needed.
4.4.
EASyNotifier sends SMS message to SMPP Gateway or directly to
the
Message Center.
5.5.
Message Center sends SMS notice to customers phone.
6.6.
Successful sends are received at customer’s phone.
7.7.
Unsuccessful sends are resent or sent in the next day’s jobs
if still delinquent.
