EASyVault
The EASyVault is a
server application that connects to a node using TCP/IP. The
EASyVault acts as an end node and receives
SS7 data directly from the node (e.g. an STP) in real time. The EASyVault then
reads, stores, reformats and sends the SS7 data to all connected
EASyViewer clients. EasyViewer
clients connect to the EASyVault
using TCP/IP.

Features |
Benefits |
|
Easy and Flexible Access |
EASyVault is the
solution for processing SS7 data encapsulated in TCP/IP. An STP is a
typical node that the EASyVault will connect to. When SS7 messages
are received at the STP they will also be forwarded to the EASyVault. This allows
EASyViewer clients visibility into the SS7 data at the STP.
When the EASyVault is executed, the user will select the node to
connect to, and then press one button to begin the data collection
process. |
|
Multi-Threaded for Increased
Performance |
The EASyVault is a
multi-threaded program that takes advantage of both concurrent and
parallel thread execution to increase system performance. |
|
Dozens of Real
Time Connections |
The number of real
time connections is limited only by the performance of the system. The EASyVault spawns a new thread for each client that connects in
real time. |
|
EASyVault Files |
An EASyVault file is
created when SS7 data packets are read from the SS7 interface. A new
file is written after the current file exceeds approximately 1MB of
data. This function executes in its own thread. |
|
Archival via Zip |
EASyVault comes
bundled with the VaultArchive, which is an application that
is used to configure the EASyVault. It also has options for archiving
files (using the Zip file format). |
|
Multiple Interfaces |
Multiple Ethernet
interfaces (minimum of 2) can be used in order to alleviate potential
bottlenecks. One interface is used for the node connection and one or
more for the EASyViewer client connections. |
|
Variety of Protocols |
The EASy family supports the following
SS7 and IP based protocols:
ANSI ISUP, AIN 0.1, All IS-41 Versions, GSM MAP Phase II and III,
A-Interface (BSSAP, BSSAP+ and DTAP), Abis; E-911 (E2, E5
etc..), Sigtran, SMPP v3.3 and v3.4, SIP, IS-801
Note: Custom development is also available upon
request. |
